Jiu-Jitsu focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds.
Fitness Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a 45 min Workout that works the whole body. Kickboxing combinations on a heavy bag mixed in with plyometrics gets the whole body. The classes are all instructor led and beginner friendly. With lots of instructors, classes are always fun and different.
CrossFit
A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.
Muay Thai
Muay Thai is a stand-up combat sport, where fighters are not allowed to take the fight to the ground. It is fast-paced and combines both boxing and kicking. In Thailand, it is known as the art of eight limbs, referring to the eight points of contact that are used to strike the opponent.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu
In addition to Jiu-Jitsu techniques, the class also focuses on "Bully Proof" drills that will not only teach your child self-defense, but will increase their confidence as well. This class will push the kids a bit more and introduce more live training starting from the feet.
Personal Training
Personal training is the premium service where the sole focus is on making the individual better. Where the time is catered toward achieving their goals and acquiring new skills. This is by far the fastest way to improve in any skill based sport.
Bootcamp
Our memberships come with open gym time so that you can come and train on your schedule. During open gym sessions, you can come in for unguided gym time and work toward your fitness goals. The coaching staff is available to assist you during any open gym session.
Yoga
Although yoga may seem contrary to the high intensity of our group classes, our classes perfectly complement your other workout experiences improving your flexibility. We have experienced instructors to guide you through lessons.
